About The Position

Behavioral Health Clinic (BHC) is growing and seeking compassionate, motivated Psychiatric Providers (MD or APNP) to join our expanding multidisciplinary team. We are hiring both full-time and part-time providers to offer psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and collaborative behavioral health care services. This is a hybrid position based in Green Bay, WI, offering remote flexibility while requiring regular in-person clinical time. At BHC, we prioritize provider support, offering the necessary infrastructure, collaboration, and flexibility for clinicians to focus on patient care and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Requirements

• MD, DO, or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP/APNP)
• Wisconsin licensed or license eligible
• DEA certification eligible or active
• Passion for collaborative, patient-centered mental health care
• Comfortable providing onsite services as part of their weekly schedule

Responsibilities

• Psychiatric evaluations
• Medication management
• Collaborative care with therapists and psychologists
• Child, adolescent, and/or adult psychiatry services
• Specialty population work based on provider expertise and interests
