In your new role as a Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse (LPN or RN) at Davis Behavioral Health, you can expect a variety of stimulating daily responsibilities. You will engage closely with patients, assessing their mental health needs and supporting them through effective psychiatric nursing interventions. Collaborating with Social Work professionals, you'll facilitate treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs, ensuring safety and adherence to best practices. Your expected regular schedule is Monday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Tuesday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Priority will be given to candidates who have flexibility to assist with coverage on the other days of the week. Each shift may vary, allowing you to adapt to the dynamic environment of mental health care. You will also participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and share insights, emphasizing our commitment to excellence and integrity. Requirements
- Valid RN or LPN licensure.
- Strong communication skills.

- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
