Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Part Time
About The Position
Clarvida is seeking a Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join their team. In this role, you will primarily work with adults who have been discharged from state hospitals or reside in assisted living facilities or adult family homes and have difficult behaviors to manage. You will conduct regular client meetings for individualized psychiatric medication evaluations, prescriptions, and follow-up visits. This position is located in the Tri-Cities, WA (Richland, Pasco, Kennewick) area, requiring approximately 20 hours per week. The role involves in-person visits one week per month, with occasional options for evening and weekend work, and on-call responsibilities twice a year.
Requirements
- PMHNP preference and active ARNP license in WA or ability to become licensed in WA
- Active DEA
- Prior experience working with the geriatric population and/or adults
- Intermediate level skills of technology for at-home tele-health service
- Willing and able to travel once a month or every other month to facilities across various WA counties for in-person client meetings
- Satisfactory results of State and Federal background checks
- Reliable transportation with valid automobile insurance
