Behavioral Health Connections Georgia is recruiting a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for their Command Center located in Dunwoody, GA. Behavioral Health Connections was created to provide referring providers and patients with a single point of access to a full spectrum of behavioral health services in Atlanta. We offer referring providers ease of access 24/7 to refer patients to any level of care or specialty program within our network of affiliated providers. This is a non-patient-facing position working at a Behavioral Command Center in a 911 dispatch scenario. The role involves providing admission and initial medication orders, reviewing complicated patients, and determining the best facility for their care. The position is employed W2, full-time, with a Monday-Friday, 3 PM - 11 PM shift, 40 hours per week, and no call. The practice setting is in Dunwoody, GA, a desirable area of metro Atlanta known for its excellent schools, safe neighborhoods, and strong community atmosphere, with easy access to Atlanta's major medical centers, airport, and cultural amenities.
