About The Position
Centurion is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide care at Idaho State Correctional Center in Kuna, Idaho. The role provides mental health and psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients in a correctional setting. The practitioner works under the clinical direction of a psychiatrist and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver mental health services. The schedule is 32 hours per week on weekday shifts.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Idaho license and DEA registration, or ability to obtain them.
- Graduate degree.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience in a correctional or institutional setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide mental health and psychiatric assessments for patients.
