About The Position

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will be instrumental in expanding access to behavioral health services, providing person-centered mental health care in an environment that values dignity, respect, and whole-person wellness. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnose and treat mental health conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, prescribe and manage medications, and collaborate with an integrated care team. The role involves building patient relationships, reducing barriers to care, and improving long-term health outcomes. Requirements

• Board Certified (or Board Eligible) Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Current, unrestricted Missouri Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license with prescriptive authority (or eligible to obtain)
• Current DEA registration (or eligible to obtain prior to start date)
• At least one (1) year of experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner preferred

• Excellent clinical judgment, critical thinking, and documentation skills.
• A dedication to promoting mental wellness, reducing stigma, and improving the quality of life for those we serve.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat mental health conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage medications.
• Collaborate closely with primary care providers, therapists, case managers, and other members of our integrated care team.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients.
• Help reduce barriers to care and improve long-term health outcomes.
