Two Chairs is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join their team. This part-time, W2 position offers a flexible schedule with the potential for growth. The role involves conducting remote psychiatry assessments and follow-up sessions, managing psychiatric medications, and integrating brief psychotherapy. You will collaborate closely with therapists and physicians in an integrated care model, utilizing data-informed tools for treatment planning. Requirements

A board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) licensed to practice in the state of Washington with an active DEA license in Washington
Willing and committed to becoming licensed in other states. We'll cover the entire cost.
2+ years of experience providing mental health services as a PMHNP, including remote, outpatient telepsychiatry with adults.

Responsibilities

Conduct remote 60-minute psychiatry assessments and 30 minute follow-up sessions designed for combined medication management and brief psychotherapeutic support.
Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, including controlled substances, in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Integrate brief psychotherapy when clinically appropriate to support your clients in reaching their goals efficiently and sustainably.
Partner closely with therapists in a true integrated care model, through our shared EHR system and consultation spaces.
Collaborate with physicians and clinical leadership, sharing direct feedback that shapes how our clinical care is delivered.
Use data-informed tools and measurement-based care to tailor treatment plans and improve outcomes.
