About The Position

Professional Care Medical Practices PC is a private, physician founded, nationally accredited correctional health care practice providing comprehensive medical & mental health care services in the state of New York. Correctional health care offers a unique, challenging, and exciting opportunity for medical professionals to utilize all their learned skills and knowledge daily. It is a hybrid of Primary Care, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, and Addiction Medicine, providing care to an under-served, diverse, and appreciative patient population. We are currently looking for a Full Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide onsite services for Monroe County Jail in Rochester, NY. This is a 40 hour per week position with a weekly schedule of Monday - Friday, during normal business hours.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Board Certified in Psychiatric Mental Health.
• Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New York.
• Maintain current DEA license.
• Maintain active BLS (i.e. CPR) certification.
• Maintain current Driver’s License.
