About The Position

LifeStance Health is seeking a full-time (30+ hours/week) Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join their growing outpatient group in Los Angeles, California, with additional locations across the surrounding area. This role offers the opportunity to practice psychiatry with flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical support in a modern, patient-centered environment. The position involves providing outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations, with the flexibility to customize practice to include medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend of both. Providers can also set their own pace by determining their preferred caseload and patient volume, and will collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• PMHNP certified
• At least 1 year of independent psych Nurse Practitioner experience
• Licensed in California
• DEA license
• Passionate about delivering high-quality outpatient care
• Values flexibility, independence, and work-life balance

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations
