About The Position

LifeStance Health is seeking a full-time (30+ hours/week) Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join their growing outpatient group in Ventura, California, with additional locations across the surrounding area. This role offers the opportunity to practice psychiatry with flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical support in a modern, patient-centered environment. The position involves providing outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations, with the ability to customize practice to include medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend. Providers can set their own pace regarding caseload and patient volume and will collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• PMHNP certified
• At least 1 year of independent psych Nurse Practitioner experience
• Licensed in California
• DEA license
• Passionate about delivering high-quality outpatient care
• Values flexibility, independence, and work-life balance

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations
• Customize practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend
• Determine preferred caseload and patient volume
