Requirements

A robust foundation in psychiatric nursing principles
A valid RN or LPN licensure
Strong communication skills
Empathy and patience
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Strong observational skills
A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
RN or LPN licensure
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check
