About The Position

Advocare, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMH-NP / CRNP) to join its growing practice. The role is primarily remote in a New Jersey-based practice, with minimal in-person requirements, approximately 35 hours per week, and one in-person day per month. The position offers flexibility and potential annual earnings of approximately $225,000.

The nurse practitioner will provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults. Care is delivered through telehealth and limited in-person visits, with accurate and timely documentation. On-site, hands-on supervision is provided by two board-certified physicians, within a supportive and collaborative clinical team.

Requirements

• Active PMH-NP / CRNP licensure.
• Dual licensure in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred.
• Availability for after-hours and/or weekend scheduling is strongly preferred.
