The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) serves as the primary psychiatric provider for the Mobile Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program. This position is responsible for psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), induction services, psychotropic medication management, supportive medication management, and ongoing psychiatric follow-up care. The PMHNP functions as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team and works collaboratively with the Supervising Psychiatrist, RN Program Coordinator, Admissions Therapist, LPN, Case Manager/Appointment Specialist, and Peer Induction Specialists to provide comprehensive, recovery-oriented treatment services for individuals experiencing opioid use disorder and co-occurring behavioral health conditions. Services may be provided through a combination of office-based visits, telehealth services, and community-based treatment coordination.
