Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (2 yrs exp.)-Outpatient
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to provide outpatient mental healthcare in the Greater Salt Lake City area of Utah. The role serves adult and/or child and adolescent populations, with a preference for child-focused practitioners. Care includes medication management and therapy. Positions are hybrid, with 2–3 days in the office and 1–2 days remote. Full-time employment is offered with a W2 compensation model based on productivity, full benefits, and a sign-on bonus for full-time employees. The posted compensation range is $195,000–$251,000. LifeStance provides administrative support, modern offices, digital technology, and a collegial clinical work environment.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
- Utah licensure and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification.
- Must have or be able to obtain prescriptive authority.
- Must have or be able to obtain a DEA number.
- Experience with medication management as well as therapy.
- FNPs, APRNPs, and PAs are not accepted.

- Child-focused PMHNP experience or focus.
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking ability.
