About The Position

LifeStance Health is hiring experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners for outpatient roles in the Greater Salt Lake City area of Utah. The position serves adults and/or children and adolescents through evidence-based, medically driven mental healthcare. Practitioners provide medication management and therapy in a hybrid setting, with 2–3 days in the office and 1–2 days remote. Full-time employment is offered with W-2 status and a full benefits package. The role offers flexible work schedules, administrative support, modern offices, digital technology, and a compensation model based on productivity. The posted compensation range is $169,000–$251,000 per year; another section lists a range of $195,000–$251,000. A sign-on bonus is available for full-time employees, along with a new cash incentive bonus. Child and adolescent focus and Spanish fluency are preferred.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
Licensed in Utah with Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification.
Must have or be able to obtain prescriptive authority.
Must have or be able to obtain a DEA registration.
Experience treating adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
Experience in both medication management and therapy.
FNPs, APRNPs, and PAs are not accepted.

Nice To Haves

Child and adolescent-focused experience.
Bilingual ability; Spanish-speaking practitioners are particularly encouraged.
