About The Position

Mindpath Health is hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for its growing outpatient psychiatry team in Sacramento or Davis. This role provides care in a 100% outpatient practice, with a hybrid schedule combining in-person and telehealth appointments. The position serves adult and/or child and adolescent patients and offers established patient demand, administrative support, and collaboration with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and therapists.

The clinician will provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management, diagnose and treat a broad range of mental health conditions, and deliver high-quality outpatient psychiatric care. The practice treats mostly commercially insured patients of all ages and offers medication management and therapy, as well as TMS and Spravato services in certain locations. Clinicians can draw on the expertise of a national group practice for patient care and professional development.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no nights, weekends, or call. The posted base salary range is $167,000–$190,000, with uncapped performance-based quarterly incentives. Individual offers are based on relevant PMHNP licensure, clinical experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors; actual income may also vary with production model results, hours worked, ramp-up time, experience, and licensure.

Requirements
