BlueSky is a clinician-led, patient-centered, collaborative behavioral health company dedicated to improving access to high-quality mental health care through evidence-based practices. The company aims to make services accessible across all regions, particularly for those who prefer the privacy, security, and convenience of telehealth consultations. This role involves providing effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting, including comprehensive patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and prescribing medications. Patient care must adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, and ethical guidelines. Clinicians operate with autonomy, free from corporate administrative interference, and work within collaborative clinical teams. Team matching with therapists is facilitated by BlueSky. Regular monthly staffing meetings with collaborating therapists are required to discuss patient cases and treatment coordination. Clinical services are provided remotely from the clinician's home, with flexible days and hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Participation in virtual clinical team meetings and BlueSky's clinical conferences (four times per week) is also required, with specific attendance expectations during the first 90 days and ongoing.
