About The Position

This opportunity is designed for a psychiatric prescriber (PMHNP / MD) or group practice to deliver diagnostic evaluations and medication management to our clients with integrated documentation into our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. We serve clients in Portland, OR for in-person care, and virtually serve all of Oregon. Common clinical presentations include complex trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, neurodevelopmental needs, and co-occurring behavioral health conditions.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted license to practice as an MD, DO, or PMHNP in the state of Oregon
• Active DEA registration with full prescriptive authority in Oregon
• Active Oregon Health Authority (OHA) Medicaid provider ID, or immediate eligibility for credentialing with OHA
• Maintenance of professional liability insurance malpractice insurance with minimum coverage limits of $1M/$3M
• Willingness to execute charting, prescribing, and CPT code billing selection directly in our company’s EHR

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric diagnostic evaluations and ongoing medication management for referred clients
• Complete all clinical notes, treatment plans, prescriptions, and CPT billing codes directly within the company’s EHR system and within 72 hours of service delivery
• Capture rendered services in accordance with state billing standards
• Utilize care coordination as needed.
