About The Position
Impireum Psychiatric Group is a physician-led NeuroWellness practice that integrates psychiatry, psychotherapy, ADHD testing, neurofeedback, Spravato® (esketamine), EMDR, IV hydration therapy, and wellness services into one coordinated treatment model. They are expanding across Texas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania and are seeking exceptional PMHNP-BCs to help build the future of integrated behavioral healthcare. Clinicians will practice alongside psychiatrists, therapists, psychologists, and wellness professionals in a collaborative environment focused on measurable outcomes and long-term patient success. The role involves practicing differently by helping patients improve their mental, emotional, cognitive, and physical well-being through an integrated NeuroWellness model, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Active PMHNP-BC certification
- Current, unrestricted APRN license in at least one U.S. state
- DEA registration or eligibility
- Prescriptive authority consistent with state regulations
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Diagnose and treat behavioral health conditions across the lifespan
- Develop individualized medication management plans
- Provide evidence-based psychiatric care
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary treatment teams
- Participate in Multidisciplinary Case Conferences (MDCC)
- Coordinate care with therapists and psychologists
- Identify patients who may benefit from ADHD testing, neurofeedback, EMDR, Spravato, or IV hydration therapy
- Educate patients and families about treatment options
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Deliver compassionate, culturally responsive, patient-centered care
