About The Position

We are seeking licensed Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to conduct online clinical assessments and provide psychotropic medication management. The role offers autonomy over work schedules, steady client referrals, and administrative support, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care. It can be scheduled part-time or full-time and is 100% remote, with care provided from a compliant home office. Compensation is hourly, with dependable pay schedules.

The organization provides an integrated electronic health records platform and administrative specialists who handle patient intake, licensing updates, and billing operations. The position includes conducting psychiatric evaluations and managing prescriptions, as well as providing supportive guidance and patient education.

Requirements

• Current ANCC or AANP Board Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
• Active, unencumbered APRN/RN state license.
• Valid DEA registration and state prescriptive privileges.
• Active NPI number.
• Reliable high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive telehealth psychiatric evaluations, mental status examinations, and client risk evaluations.
• Develop tailored, evidence-based psychopharmacological treatment plans and manage ongoing prescriptions.
• Document patient encounters accurately and promptly in the electronic health records system.
• Offer supportive psychotherapeutic guidance and educate patients about medication adherence and mental health.
