About The Position

We are seeking licensed Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to provide online clinical assessments and direct psychotropic medication management. This fully remote role offers autonomy over work schedules, steady client referrals, and administrative support so practitioners can focus on clinical care. Scheduling may be part-time or full-time, and compensation is hourly with dependable pay schedules. Practitioners provide virtual care from a confidential, HIPAA-compliant home office.

Requirements

• Current ANCC or AANP Board Certification as a PMHNP.
• Active, unencumbered APRN/RN state license.
• Valid DEA registration and state prescriptive privileges.
• Active NPI number.
• Reliable high-speed internet.
• A confidential, HIPAA-compliant workspace.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive telehealth psychiatric evaluations, mental status examinations, and client risk evaluations.
• Develop tailored, evidence-based psychopharmacological treatment plans and manage ongoing prescriptions.
• Document patient encounters accurately and promptly in the electronic health records system.
• Offer supportive psychotherapeutic guidance and educate patients about medication adherence and mental health.
