About The Position

We are seeking licensed Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to conduct online clinical assessments and provide direct psychotropic medication management. The role offers autonomy over work schedules, steady client referrals, and administrative support so practitioners can focus on clinical care. Practitioners may choose adaptable part-time or full-time scheduling and provide virtual care from a compliant home office. Compensation is hourly, with dependable pay schedules.

The position includes access to an integrated electronic health record (EHR) platform and administrative specialists who support patient intake, licensing updates, and billing operations. Practitioners conduct psychiatric evaluations, develop and manage treatment plans and prescriptions, document encounters, and provide supportive guidance and patient education.

Requirements

• Current ANCC or AANP Board Certification as a PMHNP.
• An active, unencumbered APRN/RN state license.
• Valid DEA registration and state prescriptive privileges.
• Active NPI number.
• Reliable high-speed internet.
• A confidential, HIPAA-compliant workspace.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive telehealth psychiatric evaluations, mental status examinations, and client risk evaluations.
• Develop tailored, evidence-based psychopharmacological treatment plans and manage ongoing prescriptions.
• Document patient encounters accurately and promptly in the electronic health records system.
• Offer supportive psychotherapeutic guidance and patient education concerning medication adherence and mental health.
