BlueSky is a clinician-led, patient-centered, collaborative behavioral health company dedicated to improving access to high-quality mental health care through evidence-based practices. The company aims to make its services available to all regions, particularly serving those in rural areas and offering the privacy, security, and convenience of telehealth consultations. This role involves providing effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include direct patient care, conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and prescribing medications. All patient care must be delivered in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Clinicians practice autonomously, focusing on patient best interests without corporate administrative interference. The company is growing with teams of therapists and prescribers, facilitating matches between clinicians during onboarding. Regular staffing with collaborating therapists (at least monthly) is emphasized for discussing patient cases or clinical topics. Clinical work is performed from home with flexible days and hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Clinical team meetings are virtual, and clinical conferences are held four times a week. Attendance at one conference per week is required for the first 90 days, and then one per month thereafter.
