About The Position
Right Track Medical Group is an outpatient behavioral health practice providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults ages 6 and older. Our Starkville clinic offers a collaborative and patient-centered environment focused on improving access to high-quality mental health services across Mississippi. Our approach includes comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, individual and family therapy, coping skills groups, and innovative treatment options including TMS and Spravato for treatment-resistant depression. We treat a wide range of common mental health conditions including: Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, OCD, Postpartum Depression, Mood Disorders.
Requirements
- Active PMHNP license in Mississippi or ability to obtain
- DEA license or eligibility
- Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- New graduates with relevant psychiatric clinical experience are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Diagnose and treat behavioral health conditions across the lifespan
- Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with therapists and interdisciplinary clinical staff
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Participate in treatment planning and patient education
