About The Position

We are seeking licensed Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to conduct online clinical assessments and provide direct psychotropic medication management. The role offers full autonomy over work scheduling, steady client referrals, and administrative support, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care. Scheduling can be part-time or full-time, and care is provided remotely from a compliant home office. Compensation is hourly, with dependable pay schedules.

The position includes access to an integrated electronic health record platform and administrative specialists who handle patient intake, licensing updates, and billing operations. Clinicians provide virtual psychiatric care, develop and manage treatment plans and prescriptions, document patient encounters, and provide supportive guidance and medication-related education.

Requirements

• Current ANCC or AANP Board Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
• Active, unencumbered APRN/RN state license.
• Valid DEA registration and state prescriptive privileges.
• Active NPI number.
• Reliable high-speed internet.
• A confidential, HIPAA-compliant workspace.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive telehealth psychiatric evaluations, mental status examinations, and client risk evaluations.
• Develop tailored, evidence-based psychopharmacological treatment plans and manage ongoing prescriptions.
• Document patient encounters accurately and promptly in the electronic health records system.
• Offer supportive psychotherapeutic guidance and educate patients about medication adherence and mental health.
