About The Position

Mindpath Health is hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for its growing outpatient psychiatry team in Sacramento or Davis. The role provides outpatient psychiatric care to mostly commercially insured patients of all ages, with a wide range of mental health diagnoses. Patient populations may include adults and/or children and adolescents. Care includes psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and treatment of mental health conditions, with collaboration among psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and therapists. The practice also offers TMS and Spravato services in certain locations.

The position has a hybrid schedule combining in-person and telehealth care and a Monday-to-Friday schedule without nights, weekends, or on-call work. Mindpath Health provides established patient demand and administrative support. Base salary is listed as $167,000–$190,000, with uncapped quarterly performance-based incentives. Individual compensation depends on relevant licensure, clinical experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors; final compensation is discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

• Active PMHNP-BC certification.
• Unrestricted PMHNP license in the state of practice.
