About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners in Virginia who are passionate about patient care and clinical excellence. Candidates should be based in Virginia and live within commuting distance of the office. The role provides outpatient mental healthcare to child, adolescent, and adult patients, with responsibilities spanning medication management and therapy. Nurse practitioners practice independently, with physician collaborators available. The position is a full-time W-2 role with flexible schedules and the ability to set your own hours. There is no call, and a multidisciplinary team and full administrative support are provided, including billing and scheduling. Compensation is productivity-based, with annual income potential of $216,000 to $252,000 or more.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Virginia and board-certified as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.
- At least one year of post-training experience.
- Experience seeing patients of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults.
- Experience in both medication management and therapy.
- Based in Virginia and residing within commuting distance of the office.
- Confidence and ability to practice independently.
Responsibilities
