About The Position

We are looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our clinics in Illinois. Specific responsibilities will include building and managing a panel of patients for psychopharmacology, administering interventional treatment services, and performing comprehensive consultations to assess prospective patients’ candidacy for ketamine, Spravato, TMS, and SGB. This role involves performing comprehensive interval assessments of patients presenting for intravenous ketamine, Spravato, and TMS treatments, administering and monitoring intravenous ketamine and Spravato treatments, and performing initial TMS mapping and administering subsequent TMS treatments. The position also requires working closely with other Stella clinicians to shape best practices, ensuring clinical protocols are followed, providing a seamless and supportive patient experience, contributing to continuous improvement, maintaining patient confidentiality and accurate documentation, assisting in the refinement of the care delivery model, responding to patient escalations and executing crisis protocols, and remaining accountable to specific KPIs related to patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes. Requirements

  • Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a license in good standing in the state of Illinois
  • Beyond 2-year supervisory period (able to prescribe independently)
  • At least 2 years of clinical psychiatry experience
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and process information in a confidential manner
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with members of an interdisciplinary care team
  • Effective problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • Strong skills in patient care, assessment, and monitoring
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple requests and responsibilities, and learn new proprietary systems quickly
  • Willingness to obtain active unrestricted license in other states as needed
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be able to reliably commute to our Illinois clinics

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a panel of patients for psychopharmacology
