About The Position

We are seeking licensed Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to conduct online clinical assessments and provide psychotropic medication management. The role offers autonomy over work schedules, client referrals, and administrative support so clinicians can focus on patient care. Work is 100% remote, with virtual care delivered from a compliant home office. Scheduling is adaptable for part-time or full-time work, and compensation is hourly with dependable pay schedules.

The role includes conducting comprehensive telehealth psychiatric evaluations, developing and managing evidence-based medication treatment plans, documenting care in an electronic health records system, and providing supportive guidance and patient education. Administrative specialists assist with patient intake, licensing updates, and billing operations.

Requirements

• Current ANCC or AANP Board Certification as a PMHNP.
• Active, unencumbered APRN/RN state license.
• Valid DEA registration and state prescriptive privileges.
• Active NPI number.
• Reliable high-speed internet.
• A confidential, HIPAA-compliant work space.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive telehealth psychiatric evaluations, mental status examinations, and client risk evaluations.
• Develop tailored, evidence-based psychopharmacological treatment plans and manage ongoing prescriptions.
• Document patient encounters accurately and promptly within the electronic health records system.
• Offer supportive psychotherapeutic guidance and patient education concerning medication adherence and mental health.
