About The Position

MidWest Center for Personal & Family Development is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to help us build and lead a new interventional psychiatry program at our Burnsville clinic. This is a unique opportunity for a PMHNP who is passionate about treating patients with complex mood disorders and wants to play an active role in developing an innovative treatment program from the ground up. We are preparing to launch Spravato (esketamine) treatment in late fall 2026, followed by BrainsWay Deep TMS in spring 2027. Rather than stepping into an already established model, you will have the opportunity to help shape the program, develop clinical workflows, and contribute to how interventional psychiatric services are delivered within our practice. A dedicated treatment technician will support the program and assist with treatment operations and patient care.

  • Ability to work collaboratively while also taking ownership of program development
