LifeStance Health is seeking a talented Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in the Zionsville, IN area who is passionate about patient care and committed to excellence. This is a hybrid role offering telemedicine and in-person care.
Requirements
- Licensed in IN as an APRN with PMHNP Board Certification by the ANCC.
- Active IN DEA.
- Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
- 1+ year of PMHNP Experience post training.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric mental health services to patients.
- Manage a caseload with full autonomy.
- Offer both telemedicine and in-person care.
