We are actively seeking a talented Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in the Zionsville, IN area who is passionate about patient care and committed to excellence. Must support ages 5+. LifeStance is a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents and adults suffering from a variety of mental health issues in an outpatient care setting, both in-person at its clinics nationwide and through its digital health telemedicine offering. The company employs psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists throughout the US.
Requirements
- Licensed in IN as an APRN with PMHNP Board Certification by the ANCC.
- Active IN DEA.
- 1+ year of PMHNP Experience post training.
- Must support ages 5+
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care to ages 5+
- Offer hybrid options: Telemedicine & in-person care
- Manage caseload with full autonomy
