About The Position

We are seeking licensed Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to conduct online clinical assessments and provide direct psychotropic medication management. The position offers autonomy over work schedules, steady client referrals, and administrative support so practitioners can focus on clinical care. Practitioners may work adaptable part-time or full-time schedules and receive hourly compensation with dependable pay schedules. Care is delivered remotely from a compliant home office, supported by an integrated EHR platform and administrative specialists who handle patient intake, licensing updates, and billing operations.

Requirements

• Current ANCC or AANP Board Certification as a PMHNP.
• Active, unencumbered APRN/RN state license.
• Valid DEA registration and state prescriptive privileges.
• Active NPI number.
• Reliable high-speed internet.
• A confidential, HIPAA-compliant work space.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive telehealth psychiatric evaluations, mental status examinations, and client risk evaluations.
• Develop tailored, evidence-based psychopharmacological treatment plans and manage ongoing prescriptions.
• Document patient encounters accurately and promptly within the electronic health records system.
• Offer supportive psychotherapeutic guidance and patient education concerning medication adherence and mental health.
