BlueSky is a clinician-led, patient-centered, collaborative behavioral health company dedicated to improving access to high-quality mental health care. We focus on evidence-based care and aim to make our services accessible to individuals across all regions, particularly those in rural areas or who prefer the convenience of telehealth. This role involves providing effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include direct patient care, comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and prescribing medications. Care must be delivered in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, and ethical guidelines. Clinicians operate with autonomy, free from corporate administrative interference, and work within collaborative clinical teams. Team matching with therapists is facilitated by BlueSky during onboarding. Regular staffing meetings (at least monthly) with collaborating therapists are required to discuss patient cases and treatment coordination. Clinical services are provided remotely from home, with flexible days and hours determined by the clinician, including potential work on mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Participation in virtual clinical team meetings and BlueSky's clinical conferences (four times per week) is also required, with specific attendance requirements during the first 90 days and ongoing.
