About The Position
Hometown NP is a Joint Commission accredited telehealth behavioral health practice. We are expanding our nationwide network of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners and looking for experienced PMHNPs to join as independent contractors — no minimum hours, no rigid schedules, and no administrative burden. We handle credentialing, billing, and patient matching through Medallion — so you can focus entirely on patient care. Whether you want to supplement your current income or build a full telehealth caseload, Hometown NP gives you the infrastructure to do it on your terms. Requirements
- Active, unrestricted APRN / PMHNP license in one or more of the approved states.
- Active DEA registration.
- Current professional liability/malpractice insurance ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate minimum).
- NPI number (Type 1 individual).
- At least 1 year of post-licensure PMHNP clinical experience.
- Comfortable providing psychiatric care via telehealth.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric care via telehealth.
- Focus entirely on patient care, as Hometown NP handles credentialing, billing, and patient matching.
- Set your own availability and schedule.
- See self-pay patients immediately while insurance credentialing is processed.
