About The Position

Ally Psychiatry is seeking experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) or Psychiatric Physician Assistants (PAs) for PRN opportunities in the Boca Raton, Florida market. This role involves providing onsite inpatient psychiatric care within a collaborative, physician-led organization that is rapidly growing in the Southeast. The position offers flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and the chance to make a significant impact on patients experiencing acute psychiatric illness.

Requirements

• Current Florida APRN or Physician Assistant license, or eligibility to obtain one
• PMHNP board certification or relevant psychiatric PA experience
• Previous psychiatric or behavioral health experience
• Inpatient psychiatry experience strongly preferred
• Current DEA registration
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary care team

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Manage psychiatric medications and monitor treatment response
• Participate in daily inpatient rounding
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, nursing staff, and hospital teams
• Deliver evidence-based care within an inpatient behavioral health setting
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant medical documentation
