About The Position

Ally Psychiatry is seeking experienced Full-Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistants to join our inpatient team in Columbia, TN. Requirements

Board Certified PMHNP or Physician Assistant with psychiatric experience (or strong mental health background).
Licensed or license-eligible in Tennessee.
Required Tennessee DEA or eligible to obtain.
Comfortable working in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage acute psychiatric presentations.
Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to patient-centered care.
Seeking a structured schedule within a stable, supportive organization.

Responsibilities

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management for inpatient populations.
Participate in daily rounding, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, nursing staff, and care teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care coordination.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
