Prior law enforcement/military/corrections experience is a plus.

• Hospital or concierge security experience
• Exceptional Customer Service

• Ability to keep a neat and organized workstation
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Ability to conduct foot patrols frequently
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Experience in providing detailed incident reports
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to be a team player and work in a team environment
• Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards
• Ability to multi-task and self-manage in a fast-pace, dynamic environment

Nice To Haves

• PRIOR LAW ENFORCEMENT/MILITARY/CORRECTIONS EXPERIENCE A PLUS!
• Customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Performing security patrols of designated areas by foot, observing for any conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Maintaining access control of premises and monitoring entrances and exits.
• Performing patient restraints and verbal de-escalation.
• Providing a high level of customer service and assistance to clients, client employees, and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
• Patrolling buildings and grounds to ensure campus is secure and safe.
• Identifying leaks and spills, inspecting doors and locks on site to prevent potential hazards.
• Assisting in managing crisis situations, such as aggressive behavior from patients or visitors.
• Using conflict resolution techniques to de-escalate tense situations.
• Performing patient restraints when required.
• Interacting with patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, providing assistance and directions when needed.
• Providing a high level of customer service to clients and all client employees, visitors, and patients.
• Maintaining order and enforcing hospital rules and regulations to uphold a safe and respectful environment for all individuals on the premises.
• Performing daily activity reports and incident reports when necessary.
• Projecting a positive image in dress and decorum.
