About The Position

At Riverwood Center we have a team of caring and committed professionals providing a wide array of personalized services to individuals with behavioral health, intellectual & developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders. Riverwood Center is located in beautiful Southwest Michigan with staff at seven sites across Berrien County. We are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and a member of Southwest Michigan Behavioral Health, Michigan Association of Community Mental Health Boards, and the National Council for Behavioral Health.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Requires excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Must be punctual, organized, have the ability to multi-task, and work independently

Nice To Haves

• Prefer experience working with adults or children with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities

Responsibilities

• Provides clerical support for the team acting as the point of central communication, scheduling appointments, developing and editing documents
• Processing paperwork, maintaining files, answering the telephone and performing other general clerical duties
