About The Position

This role is responsible for effectively managing their assigned territory, which includes conducting cold calls, building and strengthening customer relationships, and expanding the customer base. The PSSR will provide or facilitate technical and educational support to customers, collaborating with internal experts to enhance customer understanding of products, services, and solutions. This position also involves assisting managers in developing annual territory goals and objectives, including specific accounts, products, and industries, and submitting yearly territory forecasts and plans for approval. The PSSR will develop and maintain customer accounts, establish proper credit levels, and meticulously track all sales opportunities and activities in the CRM, ensuring records are current. A key aspect of this role is to act as the customer's primary contact for all parts and services programs, keeping them informed of updates. The PSSR will manage fleet support, report customer opportunities and complex issues, and ensure their resolution by routing them to the appropriate channels. Collaboration with other Ring Power professionals, departments, and divisions on marketing, sales, service, and operations is essential. The role also includes performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years experience
  • Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.
  • Valid drivers license

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manages their territory, including conducting cold calls, building and strengthening relationships with customers, and expanding the customer base.
  • Provides or facilitates technical and educational support to customers, collaborating with other Ring Power technical and training experts to build credibility and advance customer learning about products, services, and solutions.
  • Assists managers in developing annual goals and objectives for the market, including specific accounts, products and/or industries.
  • Develops and submits yearly territory forecast and plan for approval by manager.
  • Develops and maintains customer accounts, including establishing proper credit levels as well as tracking all sales opportunities and activities in the CRM and keeping records current.
  • Conducts her/himself as a professional: committing to personal and professional growth and learning; being honest, considerate and respectful; and maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Serves as the customer's primary contact for all parts and services programs, and to make sure that the customer is kept current on all of these programs.
  • Manages fleet support and solely responsible for reporting customer opportunities and complex issues, routing them to the proper channels and ensuring resolution.
  • Collaborates with other Ring Power professionals, departments, and divisions on marketing, sales, service, and operations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
