This role is responsible for effectively managing their assigned territory, which includes conducting cold calls, building and strengthening customer relationships, and expanding the customer base. The PSSR Salesperson will provide or facilitate technical and educational support to customers, collaborating with other Ring Power technical and training experts to build credibility and advance customer learning about products, services, and solutions. They will assist managers in developing annual goals and objectives for the market, including specific accounts, products, and/or industries, with periodic progress reviews. A key responsibility is developing and submitting a yearly territory forecast and plan for manager approval. The role involves developing and maintaining customer accounts, establishing proper credit levels, tracking all sales opportunities and activities in the CRM, and keeping records current. The PSSR Salesperson is expected to conduct themselves as a professional, committing to personal and professional growth and learning; being honest, considerate, and respectful; and maintaining a professional appearance. They will serve as the customer's primary contact for all parts and services programs, ensuring customers are kept current on these programs. This includes managing fleet support and being solely responsible for reporting customer opportunities and complex issues, routing them to the proper channels, and ensuring resolution. Collaboration with other Ring Power professionals, departments, and divisions on marketing, sales, service, and operations is also a key aspect of the role. Performs other duties as assigned.
