The position involves administrative support for federal policy implementation, managing confidential information, collaborating on incidents of sexual abuse and harassment, conducting training, and working collaboratively with program staff on PSA requirements. The role requires staying current on federal policy, state licensing, and child welfare guidelines, collecting data, assessing program compliance, and providing recommendations. The PSA Compliance Manager will also provide technical assistance, meet regulatory guidelines, participate in meetings, and implement safety protocols. Additionally, the role involves reviewing allegations, preparing comparison reports, and developing processes to assist program staff in monitoring compliance. Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional and ethical standards are crucial. Other responsibilities include overseeing information on incidents of child sexual abuse and harassment, ensuring victims receive necessary services, and timely reporting of incidents for federal review.
