The position requires staying current on federal policy, state licensing, and other child welfare guidelines, collecting data, assessing program compliance, and providing recommendations. The role also involves providing technical assistance, participating in meetings, and implementing safety protocols. Additionally, the PSA Compliance Manager will review allegations of sexual abuse and harassment, develop compliance tools, and maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
