Requirements
- Completed High School Diploma (Verifiable).
- Basic English.
- 1 year of experience as a Quality Assistant.
- Basic knowledge of Evacuation.
- Basic knowledge of Firefighting Equipment Handling.
- Basic knowledge of Safe Practices.
- Basic knowledge of Safety and Protection.
- Basic knowledge of Quality Control.
- Basic knowledge of Basic Statistics.
- Basic knowledge of Certification Standards.
- Basic knowledge of Work Systems Management.
- Basic knowledge of Analytical Methods.
- Basic knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices.
- Basic knowledge of Sensory Analysis.

Responsibilities
- Analyze water treatment and sky water through sampling to ensure it meets established sanitary specifications.
- Perform microbiological tests on different products to ensure they meet established quality and sanitation parameters.
- Review the sanitation performed in the clarification area to verify compliance with established health guidelines.
- Perform microbiological tests on different processes to ensure they meet established quality parameters.
- Follow the guidelines of the ARCACONTINENTAL Quality Management System.
- Provide support to the industrial safety area for the implementation of the safety administration system in the bottling plant, including the allocation of resources for this purpose.
