Requirements

  • Completed High School.
  • Experience as Warehouse Manager (1 year), Warehouse Assistant (1 year).
  • English (Intermediate).
  • Knowledge in Distribution and Logistics (Advanced).
  • Excel (Advanced).
  • SAP ERP Logistics (Advanced).
  • Route Planning and Organization (Advanced).
  • Specific Knowledge: Excel Management (Advanced), Logistics (Advanced), Distribution and Logistics (Advanced), Route Planning and Organization (Advanced).

Nice To Haves

  • Completed Technical Degree in Public Administration, Commercialization, and/or Accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, Organize, and Plan route orders to ensure timely loading of products as requested by customers in Bebidas Mundiales and ensure fill rate.
  • Communicate and Ensure orders are received on time for route planning.
  • Constant communication with the Hand Held manager.
  • Ensure timely delivery of shipments.
  • Ensure that the day's deliveries are included in the planning.
  • Design and determine the optimal route for each route to optimize its journey and workday.
  • Design each route considering a logical path.
  • Define the number of clients according to the area served by the route.
  • Determine the number of boxes per route and monitor the sellers' workday.
  • Ensure and send the correct release of routes and printing of labels.
  • Ensure that routes are released in LEO and appear on the transport monitor.
  • Print labels in SAP, verifying that deliveries and labels match.
  • Ensure and Monitor that stockouts are not generated in the planning process.
  • Ensure that the availability table has been updated by the Warehouse before starting planning.
  • Ensure that products not considered in the planning are corrected before printing the labels.
