You will ensure customers receive timely and accurate account provisioning and billing support, directly impacting customer activation and retention for the organization. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Product Delivery Operations, Sales, Customer Care, Engineering, Order Management and Marketing to resolve exceptions and streamline provisioning. This is a Hybrid role — onsite required 3 days a week (Tues/Wed/Thurs).
