Requirements

• Active Missouri PLBA licensure (or eligibility to obtain it immediately).
• Passion for play-based, child-led therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight.
• Conduct therapy sessions utilizing a Reggio-inspired, play-based approach.
• Manage a caseload strictly capped at 6 clients.
• Engage in daily outdoor activities as part of therapy.
• Participate in regular, face-to-face supervision with seasoned BCBAs.
• Complete documentation and treatment planning.
• Pursue professional advancement through structured career pathways.
