About The Position

Attain, Inc. is seeking passionate and skilled Behavior Analysts to join an interdisciplinary team in Greater Orlando. The organization has a 35-year history of improving the lives of adults with intellectual disabilities by promoting their health and safety, ensuring dignified care, increasing independence, and supporting them in living normal routines within their homes and community. The role involves helping residents overcome problem behaviors and achieve personal goals. Attain, Inc. serves over 120 clients and employs approximately 400 people. The position offers the chance to make a significant impact through direct support and development of Individualized Implementation Plans and Behavior Support Plans, conducting behavior skills training, and providing performance feedback to caregivers. It is a role within an interdisciplinary team, working collaboratively with the Clinical Director towards person-centered objectives in a dynamic work environment that includes community-based day programs and residential settings.

Requirements

Current credentials as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
Minimum of 3 years of experience post BCBA certification working with people with intellectual disabilities, autism, and other developmental disabilities.
Willingness to undergo a Level 2 Background and Screening.
Ability to relocate to Orlando, FL 32804 before starting work.
