About The Position

The Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County is seeking a passionate Provider Services Specialist to support childcare providers and families in accessing essential programs. This role involves supporting the implementation and maintenance of data systems, communicating with providers regarding compliance, and ensuring data integrity for various early childhood education programs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Human Services, Social Work, or related field.
2+ years of related experience and/or training
Customer Service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues.
Bilingual and able to read, write and speak in English and Spanish.

Nice To Haves

Experience with online systems navigation and audit review are preferred.

Responsibilities

Supports the implementation and maintenance of the provider portal and/or any data system utilized for Coalition client and program services for the School Readiness, Voluntary Prekindergarten, CSC Scholarship and Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) programs.
Responsible for communicating with providers regarding expiring documents, updating provider files, tracking received documents, and ensuring compliance with provider agreements before Coalition execution.
Develops expertise in knowledge of program and contract requirements.
Research and is knowledgeable of regulations, guidelines and standards for State, Federal and locally funded programs.
Inputs and assures quality and integrity of data entered in the Statewide Data System, provider portal or any data system utilized for Coalition client and program services.
Supports clients/childcare providers with navigating the provider portal and/or any system utilized for Coalition client and program services.
