We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on sales leader for our new entity, Altais Provider Services. This role will own and optimize our sales pipeline, marketing, implementation, and customer relationship management strategy for all current and future Altais Provider Services customers. Altais Provider Services is the arm of Altais that provides independent providers with vendored and internally provided technology solutions and services. Altais Provider Services is beginning by selling an EMR and ambient dictation tools to providers; but will grow to include rev cycle, clinical triage support, medical supplies, and many other services that may be of interest to the independent provider. In this role, your primary responsibility will focus on sales to existing providers in CA & HI + leveraging existing people in the org to help be informed and sell these services. This role will be responsible for growing the sales pipeline, keeping leads warm and progressing, closing customers with signed contracts, and ensuring a proper implementation and launch post-contract. You can augment your expertise via internal or vendor SMEs, as needed, to ensure the right expertise is in these sales conversations. You’ll also own tracking and reporting out on sales pipeline progress. This position is a hybrid opportunity in the region you're assigned to. Candidates considered for this role must live in one of the following regions: Bay Area, Riverside, or Los Angeles

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience, including at least 5 years of demonstrated success in CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement roles.
  • Must have minimum 5 years experience with Hubspot, Zoho Wordpress or other tools (e.g., Salesforce, Active Campaign, or similar platforms).

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with healthcare industry (managed care), patient segmentation, marketing automation, data analytics, and customer lifecycle management best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Become an internal SME on the products/solutions we offer
  • Lead marketing material requests and drafts
  • Develop a sales plan of the many tactics we’ll employ to successful sell these services, including website, emails, live conversations, conferences, etc.
  • Be the primary owner of provider-facing sales conversations and bring in the right internal and/or vendor stakeholders, as needed
  • Oversee contract negotiations to signatures; escalate to business owners or Legal, as needed
  • Ensure smooth implementation and continued success for customers that sign up
  • Manage end-to-end execution of email, SMS, push notifications, and other CRM channels.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.) and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Monitor campaign metrics (open rates, click rates, conversions) and continually optimize performance.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and behaviors that inform campaign strategies.
  • Use CRM software and analytical tools to measure campaign effectiveness and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare regular reports and insights for senior management and marketing agency to optimize CRM strategies.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer retention and reduce churn.
  • Implement loyalty programs, reactivation campaigns, and customer feedback loops to keep customers engaged.
  • Foster a customer-first mindset across the business and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the product, content, and digital marketing teams to create cohesive, customer-focused campaigns.
  • Liaise with senior leadership to define CRM objectives and report on progress toward goals.
  • Responsible for having a high-level understanding of practice operations, practice technology, tools, workflows, and other physician support needs, including patient/member areas and provider and health plan issues.
  • Leads continuous improvement processes for services as well as internal operations, and independently resolves issues with high complexity.
  • Supports sales and customer development for provider services and solutions
  • Manages and supports overall structure, providing exceptional physician service, establishes and maintains systems for problems tracking and resolution, ensuring high quality professional communication and service to the network.
  • Builds, cultivates and optimizes relationships with network physicians, seeking higher and broader level of service.
